The Scottish Ceylon Tea Company belonged to my Grandmother's family, the Forbes, I think that they owned Strathdon, Stamford Hill, Dickoya and Abergeldie Lower Dickoya, I don't know what happened when my great Grandfather Henry Lumsden Forbes died in 1913 whether they were sold.  I also don't know if they did or did not own these tea plantations or whether there were any others they owned.  I know that my great uncle James D. Forbes was at Strathdon up to about 1910.  Any information as to location and ownership of plantations and any other facts would be gratefully received.  Helena

Helena, have a look here: http://www.historyofceylontea.com/Fe_navigation/navigation.asp?Strpubcode=F027# and extend your search from there to the other properties you mention.
